Understanding the process can make all the difference when faced with the decision to accept a Short Sale listing or put an offer on a Short Sale home. 1. Escrow Essentials: 3 hour course
This class will teach you how to get a real estate transaction closed. You will be able to define escrow, learn the escrow process, the importance of written instructions, and how to read a settlement statement. You will learn helpful hints for smoother closings including the issues that arise out of problems with unclear addendums, the Utility Law, FIRPTA and earnest money disputes.
